(B) पद चाल परीक्षण :- पुरुष/ महिला अभ्यर्थी को क्रमशः 25/ 16 किमी की दुरी ४ घंटे के भीतर भीतर पैदल चल कर तय करने वाला एक शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण उत्तीर्ण करना होगा (C) वनरक्षक के पद पर सीधी भर्ती के किसी अभ्यर्थी को शारीरिक दक्षता के निम्नलिखित मापमान भी प्राप्त करने होंगे। अभ्यर्थी अपने स्वयं के जोखिम पर शारीरिक दक्षता परिक्षण के लिए उपस्थित होंगे – पुरुषों के लिए :-

2. क्रिकेट बॉल फेंक (थ्रो)	55 मीटर

महिलाओं के लिए:-

चयन प्रक्रिया

वनरक्षक और वनपाल भर्ती के लिए लिखित परीक्षा पास कर चुके अभ्यर्थियों को शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा के लिए बुलाया जायेगा। शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा में शारीरिक मापतौल के अतिरिक्त पैदल चाल भी आयोजित की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को बॉल थ्रो 55 मीटर दूर तक फैकना होगा। एक मिनट में  25 सीट-अप लगानी होगी। महिला अभ्यर्थियों को गोला फेंक और लम्बी कूद पास करनी होगी।
