आर्मी वेलफेयर एजुकेशन सोसाइटी ने पीजीटी, टीजीटी, पीआरटी शिक्षकों की भर्ती के आवेदन मांगे है, चयनित अभियर्थियों को देश के विभिन्न मिलिट्री स्टेशनों में स्थित किया जायेगा। यह भर्ती सीबीएसई या एडब्लूईएसी के नियमो के आधार पर होगी। ऑनलाइन पंजीयन जल्द ही शुरू होंगे। अभियार्थी अंग्रेजी, हिंदी, इतिहास, भूगोल, अर्थशास्त्र, राजनीति विज्ञान, गणित, रसायन विज्ञान, समाजशास्त्र, कंप्यूटर, गृहविज्ञान, शारीरिक शिक्षक सहित अन्य पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे। अभियर्थियों का चयन ऑनलाइन स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षा, साछात्कार और टीचिंग स्किल्स एंड कंप्यूटर की जानकारी के आधार पर होगा। अभियर्थियों को ऑनलाइन एग्जाम से पहले मॉक टेस्ट की सुविधा भी दी जाएगी। परीक्षा केंद्रों की जानकारी भी रजिस्ट्रशन पोर्टल पर मिलेगी। देशभर के लगभग 77 शहरों में परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जायेगा। आवेदक कोई भी तीन केंद्रों का चयन कर सकता है।

Selection Process
There is three stages for the selection which is given below :
Stage 1 : Screening Exam An `Online Screening Test’ will be conducted on 19th & 20th Feb 2022, for vacancies that will arise during the ensuing academic year.
Stage 2 : Interview As stated at Note to Para 2 above, the respective schools shall announce the vacancies available through various means like Local Newspapers, the School Website, Notice board etc.
Stage 3 : Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency For Language teachers, written Exam comprising Essay & Comprehension of 15 marks each will be held along with evaluation of teaching skills. Selection Committee may also conduct Computer proficiency tests if they so desire.
