उप्र राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम 3000 संविदा पर बस कंडक्टरों की भर्ती करने जा रहा है। इसके लिए प्रदेश भर के क्षेत्रीय अफसरों को मंजूरी दे दी गई है। भर्ती प्रक्रिया जेम पोर्टल के जरिये होगी। जिसमे महीने में कम से कम 5000 किलोमीटर बस सञ्चालन करने वाले संविदा कंडक्टरों को एक रुपए 59 पैसा प्रति किलोमीटर की दर से हर महीने भुगतान किया जाएगा। इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों की शैक्षिक योग्यता इंटरमीडिएट के साथ थ्री सी प्रमाण पत्र होना जरूरी है। 

महीने में 22 दिन ड्यूटी करके न्यूनतम 5 हजार किलोमीटर बस सञ्चालन पर 7950 रुपए वेतन के साथ 13 फीसदी अंशदान ईपीएफ भी मिलेगा। परिवहन निगम के एमडी एके सिंह ने बताया कि प्रदेश भर में तीन हजार संविदा बस परिचालकों की भर्ती करने का निर्णय लिया है।

Educational Qualification

• संविदा परिचालक पद के लिए न्यूनतम इंटरमीडिएट उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है। जिसके प्राप्त प्राप्तांकों के आधार पर मेरिट सूची बनाई जाएगी। जिसके आधार पर आबद्धीकरण किया जायेगा।
• संविदा परिचालक पद हेतु केंद्र / राज्य सरकार से मान्यता प्राप्त सस्थानों से “सीसीसी” कंप्यूटर प्रमाण पत्र की अनिवार्यता निर्धारित है। यदि आवेदनकर्ता द्वारा आवेदन के साथ “सीसीसी” कंप्यूटर प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड नहीं किया जाता है तो उसका आवेदन निरस्त समझा जायेगा एवम न ही कोई धन राशि आवेदक को वापस जाएगी।

पारिश्रमिक एवं प्रोत्साहन की दर, नियम एवं शर्तें

1. समस्त परिचालकों को 11 माह के अनुबंध के आधार पर संविदा पर आबद्ध किया जायेगा जिसका विस्तार कार्य उत्पादकता के आधार पर किया जायेगा।
2. संविदा परिचालक पद आबद्ध होने के पश्चात किसी प्रकार का भ्रष्टाचार, अनुशासनहीनता या कम्पनी विरोधी किसी अन्य कार्य में संलिप्त पाया जाता है तो उसकी संविदा समाप्त करने का अधिकार लखनऊ सिटी ट्रांसपोर्ट सर्विसेज लिमिटेड में निहित रहेगा।
3. वर्तमान में लखनऊ सिटी ट्रांसपोर्ट सर्विसेज लिमिटेड में पारिश्रमिक रू. 2.45 प्रति कि. मी. (ई. पी. एफ. कर्मचारी अंशदान एवं ई. एस. आई. सहित) के आधार पर भुगतान किया जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त माह में निम्नानुसार दिवस तथा कि. मी. पूर्ण करने पर प्रोत्साहन देय है:- (पारिश्रमिक के अतिरिक्त)
