The government is going to issue Janadhar card in place of Bhamashah on the first anniversary of his current term. Under this, not only the appearance of card will change, but some important changes are going to be made in the form of the scheme. The BJP government implemented Bhamashah Card Yojana as its flagship scheme during its tenure. With a view to make the benefits of public welfare schemes accessible to common man easily, easily and transparently, “Rajasthan Jan Aadhar Card Yojana 2023” is to be implemented, under which benefits and services of all divisions will be ensured.
मुख्यमंत्री जन आधार योजना क्या है ?
जिस किसी भी प्रकार से भामाशाह कार्ड का लाभ लोगों को मिलना था लगभग, वैसे ही सभी प्रकार की सरकारी सुविधाएं इस कार्ड के अंतर्गत जोड़ी जाएगी। परंतु इसमें थोड़ा अग्रिम एवं उन्नत तकनीक का प्रयोग किया जाएगा। जो भी व्यक्ति योजना के लिए अपात्र होगा, उसे योजना का लाभ प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा। भामाशाह कार्ड के अंतर्गत कुछ कमियां थी, उन सभी कमियों को इस कार्ड के अंतर्गत सही कर दिया गया है. राजस्थान में लगभग भामाशाह फ्लैगशिप कार्ड योजना के अंतर्गत 1.74 करोड़ लोगों को सरकार की तरफ से लगभग 56 योजनाओं के लाभ को एक कार्ड के जरिए वितरित की जाती थी। भामाशाह कार्ड की सभी सुविधाओं से लैस जनाधार योजना को दिसंबर माह में शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

जनाधार कार्ड से संबंधित कुछ प्रमुख विशेषताएं-
- जन आधार कार्ड के डिजाइन एवं रंग रूप में बदलाव किए गए हैं, इसे एक नए रंग एवं डिजाइन में लोगों को वितरित किया जाएगा।
- इसके पहले के कार्ड में जो भी रिकॉर्ड डाले गए थे वह बहुत सीमित थे, परंतु इस नए जनाधार कार्ड में और भी रिकॉर्ड को जोड़ा जाएगा।
- इसके पहले के भामाशाह कार्ड में शिव का प्रयोग किया गया था, परंतु इस आधुनिक तकनीक से लैस जन आधार कार्ड में क्यूआर कोड का इस्तेमाल किया गया है।
- क्यूआर कोड को स्कैन करते ही कार्ड धारक का सारा बायोडाटा कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देने लगेगा।
- पुराने कार्ड में सिर्फ एक नंबर दिया होता था, जिस पर कार्डधारक के परिवारों का रिकॉर्ड दर्ज रहता था, परंतु इस नए कार्ड के अंतर्गत शामिल परिवारों के परिजनों को अलग-अलग नंबर वितरित किए जाएंगे जो आधार कार्ड से लिंक होगा।
- ऐसे में हर एक सदस्य का अपना एक अलग रिकॉर्ड उपस्थित रहेगा और अलग डाटा भी तैयार हो सकेगा।
- इसके अतिरिक्त राजस्थान सरकार ने नए राशन कार्ड धारकों को इसी कार्ड को उसी जगह पर प्रयोग करने का विचार विमर्श कर रही है। नया राशन कार्ड बनवाने का झंझट भी खत्म हो सकेगा और सिर्फ एक ही कार्ड से सभी प्रकार के काम हो जाया करेंगे।
