प्रदेश में शराब की दुकानों के लिए 22 मार्च से ऑनलाइन नीलामी होगी। नीलामी 6 चरणों में होगी तथा सुबह 11 से शाम 4 बजे तक चलेगी। बोलीदाता को 10 हजार और 10 हजार के गुणांक में बोली बढ़ा कर लगानी होगी। एक बार में रिज़र्व प्राइस व पिछली बोली से 10% से अधिक राशि बढ़ाकर बोली नहीं लगा सकेंगे। मौजूदा 7665 दुकानों में से 50% से ज्यादा दुकाने इन नीलामी के जरिये बेचीं जाएगी।
6 चरणों में होगी शराब दुकानों की ई-नीलामी
राज्य में शराब दुकानों की ई-नीलामी प्रक्रिया 22 March से 6 चरणों में पूरी होगी। ऐसे लेकर सभी जिलों में ई-नीलामी में शामिल होने के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया तेज हो गई है।

- ई-नीलामी हेतु सर्वप्रथम इच्छुक-बोलीदाता को एम.एस.टी.सी. लिमिटेड की वेबसाइट https://www.mstcecommerce.com/ पर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण (रजिस्ट्रेशन) करना होगा,जो आबकारी बन्दोबस्त वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए मान्य होगा ।
- Auction (नीलामी) एक कार्य दिवस में न्यूनतम पांच घंटे की होगी एवं उसके पश्चात् जब तक बोली लगती रहे तब तक 20 मिनट के अन्नत विस्तार तक जारी रहेगी।
- बोलीदाता को पिछली बोली राशि से कम से कम रूपये 10000/- बढ़ाकर बोली लगानी होगी ।
- एक बार में पिछली अधिकतम की राशि से 10 प्रतिशत से अधिक की बोली नहीं लगाई जा सकेगी ।
- बोलीदाता को एम.एस.टी.सी. लिमिटेड की वेबसाइट पर पंजीकरण के लिए पेनकार्ड या आधारकार्ड का नंबर इन्द्राज करना होगा ।
- बोलीदाता द्वारा इन दस्तावेजों का नंबर इन्द्राज करने पर लॉग इन आईडी व पासवर्ड जनरेट कर पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर सकेगा।
- इसके अलावा बोलीदाता को पहचान एवं पते के प्रमाण स्वरूप आधार कार्ड या निर्वाचन विभाग द्वारा जारी फोटो परिचय पत्र या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की स्व:प्रमाणित प्रति अपलोड करनी होगी ।
