Stenographer Official Exam Pattern 2023

• SSC Steno questions will be asked from subjects General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language & comprehension or Hindi.
• The exam will be held for total 100 marks.
• Part-III question paper will be set in Hindi and English.
• Each question carries 1 mark.
• Total Time duration of the question paper have 02 hours.
• There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.

Stenographer Skill Test 2023

• Applicants who will get minimum qualifying marks in CBT (Computer Based Exam) they will be called for Skill Test.
• Applicants have to type one language in 10 minutes in English/ Hindi with the speed of 100 w.p.m for the post of Stenographer ‘C’ and 80 w.p.m for the post of Stenographer ‘D’.
• Participators who belong to VH category will be required to transcribe the matter in 75 minutes for English Shorthand or in 100 minutes for Hindi for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’.
• Applicants who belong to VH category will be required to 70 minutes for English Shorthand or in 90 minutes for Hindi Shorthand test for the post of Stenographer ‘C’.
