पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की जयंती पर उत्तर प्रदेश में स्नातक, स्नातकोत्तर, मेडिकल, इंजीनियरिंग और कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण से जुड़े विधार्थियों को बजपा सरकार ने शनिवार को मुफ्त टेबलेट व स्मार्टफोन बांटे। विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले यहाँ हुए समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कुल 26 छात्रों को प्रतीकात्मक रूप से टैबलेट और स्मार्टफोन दिए। ये टैबलेट व स्मार्टफोन एक करोड़ विद्यार्थियों को दिए जाने है। समारोह में सीएम योगी ने डीजी शक्ति पोर्टल और डीजी शक्ति अध्ययन एप भी लांच किया। इन ऐप के जरिये पढ़ाई के लिए पाठ्यसामग्री उपलब्ध कराएँगे।

UP Free Laptop Yojana 2023 launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Through this scheme, free laptops will be provided to the students who have secured minimum 65% marks in class 10th and 12th. A budget of 1800 crores has been set by government for the UP Free Laptop Scheme 2023. The launch of UP Free Laptop Yojana has not confirmed from any official source. Till now no such scheme has been started by the Uttar Pradesh government. However, The Uttar Pradesh government has announced launch of the UP Free Smartphone / Laptop scheme. Through which smartphones and tablets will be provided to the students.
The Uttar Pradesh government has announced to provide one crore free smartphones and tablets to youth of UP state. This proposal has been approved by government. Through this scheme, smartphones or tablets will be provided to candidates taking training of Post Graduation, B.Tech, Graduation, Polytechnic, Medical, Education, Paramedical and Skill Development Mission.
